Eau Claire School District compensation plan in place

Administrative staff in the Eau Claire School District will be getting raises thanks to a major referendum passing in November.

When the Eau Claire School Board was deciding what to put in the referendum, staff compensation was a huge piece to try and include. Board President Chris Hambuch-Boyle says they worked with the staff to help them formulate a compensation plan. She adds despite a compensation plan coming together, there is still work to do. Hambuch-Boyle says the board will work with people who still come to them with concerns, and they will also make things easier to have a conversation about those issues.
